Matagi offers mindfulness workshops for groups and coaching sessions for individuals. The workshops and one-to-one coaching sessions are conducted by Mathew Plappally. Over the past 12 years, Mathew has led Mindfulness workshops, retreats and one-to-one coaching sessions in India, Europe & NZ. Mindfulness in the Workplace: We bring the benefits of mindfulness at work to employees through workshops, courses and weekly mindfulness sessions. Mindfulness practice cultivates a more creative and stress-free workplace.
There are four programs we offer in the workplace:

Mindfulness in Your Daily Life: The program focuses on mindful meditation, mindful yoga and spiritual dialogue. Mindfulness meditation involves the process of developing the skill of bringing one's attention to whatever is happening in the present moment. Mindful yoga is a slow and conscious movement, synchronized with the breathing - meditation on movement. Spiritual dialogue is an investigation into the self that you are conscious of and the ultimate reality in which you are conscious of the self.

Mathew has worked for 12 years in the IT/Finance industry in Auckland and has the first-hand experience of stress in the workplace. Through Matagi Mindfulness programmes he gives tools to cope with stress and to achieve work-life balance.
Mathew is a cancer survivor. He went through chemotherapy, radiotherapy and a surgery as part of his treatment.
